Desktop or Web

You can use InformationSAFE as a traditional desktop software application which stores your information on where you choose to store it --- your hard drive or other removable media such as a USB memory stick or external hard drive. Or you can use the subscription-based Web Version where your information is stored securely on a remote data server allowing you to access your information when and where you want...whether at work, at home or on the road. Or you can do both by using the Desktop Version in combination with InformationSAFE's automated backup service. Regardless of which version you choose, navigating and using InformationSAFE is seamless and easy via our intuitive interface (same look and feel with either version).

Individual or Family Record-keeping

With an unlimited number of tabs available for each record, you can use InformationSAFE to track information for numerous items for yourself and/or for multiple members of your family. You can choose to use one category for information, say, Health. Or you can track the full spectrum of templates available for Financial Records, Insurance Information, Legal Documents, Health Records, Personal Property and Key Contacts.See what we mean.

Share Information by Secure Email or Grant Guest Access

If you want to share your information with others, InformationSafe gives you the flexibility to choose from a number of secure options.

Emailing

Email a secure link containing an individual record, an entire category of saved records or every saved file in InformationSAFE. Emails are sent as secure links that expire after 30 days. You can also track emailed documents to see who has accessed them and when.

Guest Access

The InformationSAFE Online Edition allows you to create and securely share a unique User Name and Password for with a trusted family member or advisor by emailing a secure link containing the Guest Access User Name and Password you set. If the link recipient correctly answers the security questions you designate, the trusted recipient can log onto your account.

• With Guest Access you can set read only access or read/write access.
• All activity by Guest Users are logged and an email is sent to the owner each time the account is accessed.
• Privileges can be revoked at anytime by the Account Owner.

With the InformationSAFE Desktop Edition you can email a secure link that allows you sender to share their User name and Password.

• If the link recipient correctly answers the security questions designated by the sender, recipient can log into the senders account.

Local Storage or Web Backup

You can opt to keep your information on any local drive or media (Hard Drive, External Hard drive, Memory Stick, CD, etc.) you choose or you can back up your data to the Web by subscribing to our Web Version or subscribing to our back up service. See what we mean.
